The Rudder, an iconic restaurant and bar since the 1950s, is seeking full-time and part-time passionate Servers. Located in the Rocky Neck neighborhood of Gloucester, The Rudder has a decidedly neighborhood vibe that is warm and inviting. The restaurant also invites guests to visit us by boat and dine with us right on the water. Combining the fine food and attentive hospitality of Chef Barbara ... Lynch, The Rudder offers a rotating menu highlighting Gloucester’s local seafood and operates April-December each year (seasonal).

Candidates must have availability on weekends, days, and evenings as well as experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant. Qualifications:
Strong food, wine, and alcohol knowledge
Ability to pair our cuisine with wine and beverages
Great interpersonal skills
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Passionate about hospitality
Willingness to embrace the challenge to excel
