We are looking for a professional Household Family Personal Assistant able of attending to our home with integrity and attention to detail.
A person who is successful in this role encompasses strong project and program management skills, executive communication, autonomous and solutions-based thinking, a flexible and open mindset, commitment to excellence, and leads with execution. The ideal ... candidate will have a high level of writing skills and be extremely articulate and gracious on the phone and in-person.
Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
Notify homeowners on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Scheduling household maintenance
Running household errands
Pet care
Grocery shopping
Laundry
Occasional meal preparation
Light housekeeping and various projects
Running personal errands
Household and organisational projects
Misc. Primary working hours 11am - 2pm Monday - Friday with additional availability for events and changes to itinerary while traveling. While not explicitly a “24/7” role, a candidate is expected to be adaptable, responsive and responsible during non-prime-time.
