We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide customers with prompt, effective and personalized service. To succeed in this role, you should be energetic and enjoy interacting with people. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service by identifying customers needs, resolving their concerns ... and making sure they understand our products. Ultimately, you should be able to respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism in order to strengthen loyalty and increase repeat purchases.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries by utilizing customer relationship management systems.
• Provide solutions to customers and answer complex questions on products and services.
• Promote daily deals and process orders.
• Manage account information working with other departments in the company to provide personalized service for repeat customers.
• Suggest new products or bundles to drive up sales.
• Receive feedback from customers and provide prompt responses to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
