Job Overview:
Looking for a fun, friendly, smart, and outgoing customer service representative to work at a four doctor general practice. Hours are generally 8:30 AM to -5:30 PM weekdays and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.
Experience preferred. Must be willing to work Saturdays. General receptionist responsibilities. Answer phones and accurately schedule appointments. Triage client concerns to the appropriate people. Check clients in and out, including handling financial transactions. Basic phone and math skills. Must have friendly, outgoing personality.
