• Interacting with clients through multiple platforms to provide support and information on services.
• Working with the customer to schedule estimates and service calls.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Minimum 2 years proven success working in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Self-starter and reliable
• Attention to detail
• Able to multitask
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
