Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Location: Boston, MA ... Salary: $18-21/hour
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers as needed
Qualifications
• Must have at least 2 years of customer service representative experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
