Responsibilities ... • Duties include but are not limited to answering telephones, assist in monitoring the front office by accepting deliveries and greeting guests
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Prepare routine correspondence e.g. memos, letters, agendas, and e-mails, etc. (typing, editing, proofreading, scanning, etc.)
• Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies, office equipment, etc.
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or similar four-year college degree is preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in the real estate or legal services industry preferred
• Strong written, verbal, administrative and thinking skills, an independent self-starter, dependable, and capable of organizing and prioritizing
• Must be able to work with minimal direction, exercise good judgment and creativity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Adobe Acrobat required, Adobe Creative Suite
