HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Be the Right Hand – Provide seamless executive support by managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and keeping leadership informed and prepared
Own the Details – Organize virtual and in-person meetings, oversee logistics for key events (All-Hands, Town Halls and Customer Visits), and manage documents with discretion and precision
Enhance Efficiency – Drive improvements in administrative processes and collaborate with other executive assistants to streamline operations
Stay Ahead of the Curve – Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and make smart decisions that keep the team moving forward
Ensure Seamless Operations – Handle travel arrangements, process expenses, and act as the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. Produce reporting and budget requests
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay cool under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be interacting with executive leaders, external partners, and internal teams daily.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Concur (or other expense reporting tools).
Preferred experience: Expert proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all facets of the role.
Hybrid - Ability to work onsite in Falls Church, VA 4 days per week

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $38.34 - $49.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
