We are seeking qualified and passionate Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) who share our mission and vision of being a premier provider of behavioral health care and delivering quality, client-focused treatment. The QMAP works under the supervision of the nursing team to provide supportive care to clients receiving treatment for substance abuse and other behavioral health disorders.

QMAP Requirements
To be considered for the position, you will need:
• Active and valid QMAP certification
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred
QMAP Responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality according to Federal and State regulations.
• Record pertinent information pertaining to the clients care.
• Guide and encourage clients to follow medical protocols given by medical team
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment through light housekeeping duties
• Perform other housekeeping tasks as indicated in the care plan
• Obtain clients vital signs and recording in chart
• Observe and report changes in clients condition
• Follow care regulations and standards
• Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
• Other duties as needed and assigned by medical team
Pay: $20.00- $25.00/hr
