Leading Path is looking for several project managers for a client based in the Denver Tech Center. The positions are hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
The candidate we're looking for will have:
- 1-4 years of enterprise technology project-based team experience
- Experience in telecommunications and/or the cable industry
- Expert user of Excel and strong user of the MS Office Suite, including MS
- Project, Gantt Charts
- Ability to create and edit workflows using Lucidchart
- Experience with Jira required (Cherwell, ServiceNow, Remedy is an acceptable alternative.)
- Demonstrated process documentation skills such as flow charts, swim lane diagrams, sequence diagrams and data flow diagrams
- Exceptional people skills. Comfortable driving and working with a diverse group of people and serving as an arbitrator to resolve conflicts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues related to the process and technology
- Flexible personality that supports and adapts to a fluid work environment
- A forward thinking personality to look ahead and prepare for upcoming scheduled events, understand the order of tasks to perform, and manage expectations
- Detail-oriented ability to analyze problems, probe facts and question assumptions using fact-based decision-making. Strong logical and analytic skills
- Experience preparing documentation and status reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience includes:
- Tableau, Zoho, Alteryx, Power BI or equivalent BI tool experience is preferred
- Previous experience with the development and/or deployment of cable/telecom backbone, regional and access HFC and fiber networks preferred
- Exposure to the following network concepts and network components is preferred: network routing, network switching, routers, switches, OLTs, ONUs, ATAs, pluggable optics, power supplies
- . JQL experience is preferred

Compensation for this position will range from $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and may include other incentives.
