This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Gietl & Strutz Insurance Inc. located in Tucson, AZ. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing and organizing information, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports, and performing general administrative duties.
The successful candidate will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently and will work closely with various departments within the company.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred but not required 3 hours ago
