What You’ll Do:
- Provide customer support by phone, email, and chat
- Help customers book travel, including flights, cars, and hotels
- Assist customers with existing bookings, such as cancellations and changes
- Help customers navigate the website
- Educate customers on website functionality
- Assist callers with any complaints.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED is required.
- 6+ months CSR experience, call center.
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people.
- Must live within 25 miles of Scottsdale Facility.
