Job Responsibilities:
• Receive and review customer orders via email, phone, or online platforms.
• Accurately enter order details, including product information, pricing, and shipping details, into our order processing system.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify order requirements and address any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing and logistics teams to prioritize and expedite order fulfillment based on customer requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order-related questions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
Qualifications:
• 3-Years experience in Customer Support or Order Processing role.
• 1-Year Customer Support experience in a distribution environment.
• 1-Year Customer experience in a B2B customer support role.
• Superior customer support skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, display professionalism and customer focus.
• Must possess a high attention to detail.
