They communicate all production schedules and information to the team on a consistent basis.
They will oversee the stowing of boxes already packed in the agreed area as specified and must assure their team is following all processes and cleaning and safety procedures in the work area.

Responsibilities:
Oversees all palletizers on shift (up to 12) Duties/
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for communicating all detailed information on Production to the team of Palletizers.
Will communicate with Production Supervisors, Ticket Writers, and Computer Stamper when needed.
Will help other employees when needed at moments when boxes are constantly coming out of the line.
At the beginning of the week, will oversee the process of dock workers drawing numbers to be assigned to a specific area for that week.
Will know the palletizing process to prevent any accidents from happening.
Will oversee that all Palletizers correctly tie pallets that are completed and that they notify the forklift driver to move pallets from designated area to continue working.
Overseeing and making sure all boxes are being managed with proper care while stacking by the team.
Will need to complete an injury report for their team, should an incident occur.
Schedule coverage for break (bathroom, emergency, etc.

) as needed.

Strong knowledge of product (boxes) Ability to operate a Pallet Jack Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current Driver's license Must obtain Pallet Jack Class within the first 2 weeks of employment.
Training:
All Douglas Fruits employees will receive two weeks of training.
Once training is completed, you will begin the night shift as specified in the job description.
Your supervisor will provide you with your work schedule to allow you to plan accordingly.
