• Monitorand ensurethat proper changeover and packaging procedures are being followed so that product quality is not compromised.
• Support continuous improvement in packaging to improve safety, cost effectiveness, and product quality.
• Assure that all packaging employees practice safety awareness and support all safety programs.
• Report usage and packaging numbers.
• Facilitate learning and reinforce positive behavior. Monitor packaging personnel relations and refer any unsettled grievances to the supervisor.
