Pay Rate: $15/hr ... Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm; 10:00am – 6:30pm. Availability to work overtime as needed.
What’s a typical day as an Inventory Clerk? You’ll be:
• Carefully count all product types and sizes and compare to requisitions to accurately record in inventory management system.
• Receiving and verifying material/quantity against requisitions and production orders and staging stock used for printing. Maintains files, logs, and electronic data input of materials received and issued.
• Use assisting lift and ladder periodically to ensure proper inventory levels are correct.
• Assist in packing and shipping inventory for customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of material staging areas, cutters, and cutting areas when used, removing trash, and assisting in other areas of the warehouse or other departments as needed.
• Reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Have practical warehouse, order-pulling, and inventory control experience.
• Assisted lift experience (preferred).
• Be detailed oriented, have analytical skills, and math and measuring skills.
• Can work well within a team environment to ensure productivity and quality.
• Can multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand for extended periods.
• Are available for weekend work shifts & overtime.
• Are computer literate, experience in Microsoft Office preferred.
