Inclusive Experiences and Technology’s (IXT) Global Engagement team seeks an Employee Engagement Manager to own and develop the employee engagement strategy. Your customers are the employees! You will leverage your expertise in employee engagement to build and design employee engagement programs, from start to ... finish, that create positive and productive initiatives that ensure employees feel valued, trusted, connected, and committed to the company's mission and values. You will design, lead, and implement IXT employee programs that align with the IXT mission and goals, drive all employee engagement programs’ strategic vision and planning and develop robust processes and scalable mechanisms to drive sustainable change. You will collaborate with other central teams for cohesion and ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies and procedures.
Key job responsibilities
• * Program Development – Own and formulate employee engagement strategies that encompass long-range and annual planning cadence, which operationalizes our strategy into actionable programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with IXT & cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with IXT’s mission and goals
• Program Management: Drive the strategic vision and program execution forward; Lead and drive the implementation and ensure timely delivery and measurable impact
• Data Analysis: Regularly analyze and evaluate programs, using IXT’s Core and Common method, and feedback to measure the effectiveness of programs. Use these insights to make data-driven recommendations and improvements
• Communication: Effectively communicate program goals, changes, and updates to all levels of the organization, ensuring engagement initiatives are well-understood and embraced by employees and leadership
• Collaboration: Partner with the IXT leaders to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities

• Has experience developing and leading strategic initiatives and working with stakeholders to solve complex challenges
• Can lead and deliver results, even when faced with ambiguity
• Has the proven ability to develop and scale mechanisms
• Has experience managing stakeholders at all levels
• Can work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with a sense of urgency
• Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
• Uses analytical skills to develop quantitative and qualitative insights to both look around corners and formulate robust, actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
• 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 7+ years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Excellent writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
• Experience managing teams
• Experience delivering cross functional projects
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
