I am currently working to hire 3+ Customer Service Representatives for a large Auto Loan company in Alpharetta, GA. These roles are hybrid and require 2 days in office a week after successfully completing a month long in office training.
These roles are contract to hire and offer many great benefits upon conversion to permanent employment including PTO, performance bonuses, as well as 401K ... matching and benefits.
Schedule: Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Occasional Saturday's 9am - 1PM
Description:
• Receives incoming calls from customers, insurance company representatives, as well as dealership representatives
• Assist with servicing of the account and answering inquiries around the existing auto loan
• Generates pay off quotes, works with insurance companies and customers in scenarios where a vehicle has been deemed a total loss
• Answers questions around title information per state guidelines
Qualifications Needed:
• 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience in a Call Center Setting
• Ability to work in a metric driven environment with monthly goals
Desired, but no Required Qualifications:
• Auto Loan Experience
• Bilingual Ability in Spanish
