Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Provide general administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Coordinate projects and assist with event planning
Assist with order entry and inventory management
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
