Duties
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests and checking them in/out of the hotel - Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries - Assisting guests with requests and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions - Handling guest complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Processing payments and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Performing night audit duties as needed Skills
