What You'll Own
- Sourcing strategy: From spend analysis to RFx creation to supplier selection
- Contract management: Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements that drive value
- Vendor relationships: Ensure suppliers deliver on commitments and hit performance targets
- Data & insights: Analyze spend patterns, track savings, and inform business decisions
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on sourcing decisions and strategy
