What You Will Do
Lead transformational change across TELUS's enterprise technology landscape as a Senior Project Manager driving the evolution of our Service-NOW platform and ITSM ecosystem. You'll own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-stakes projects—managing enterprise and mid-market customer migrations from legacy systems while championing innovation that enhances both customer and employee experiences.
Your core responsibilities include:

Strategic Project Leadership – Manage large-scale, multi-track initiatives with significant business impact. Define scope, secure resources, develop realistic schedules, and ensure timely delivery
