The Corporate Development & Strategic Finance Analyst plays a key role in driving Carenet’s growth strategy by providing in-depth financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support to executive leadership. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position supports critical initiatives across M&A, pricing strategy, capital allocation, and enterprise financial planning.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to assess acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives, including valuation, scenario planning, and return analysis.
- Support the full M&A lifecycle, including financial due diligence, operational assessments, market research, and integration planning.
- Create pricing models and ROI frameworks to evaluate deal structures, margin implications, and capital efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to analyze deal economics and provide recommendations on pricing and profitability.
- Evaluate capital allocation opportunities and contribute to long-term financial planning efforts.
- Prepare executive- and board-level presentations that clearly convey financial insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to guide decision-making.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Support cross-functional initiatives through structured analysis and data-driven problem-solving.
- Assist with post-transaction integration by analyzing financial impacts and tracking performance against targets.
- Continuously enhance financial models, tools, and analytical frameworks to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
MBA from an accredited or top-tier program, with a focus on finance, strategy, or related disciplines.
Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear, structured models and presentations.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or corporate finance preferred.
Strong business judgment and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous or high-impact situations.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, including preparing executive-ready materials.
High level of intellectual curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
