A Front Desk Representative/Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. They serve as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and guests while maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
