SciTec is seeking experienced Integration & Test Engineers to support the verification, validation, and integration of mission-critical systems within a complex defense environment. This role focuses on ensuring systems meet operational, performance, and reliability requirements through rigorous and well-structured test and integration practices.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in system-level verification and validation (V&V), understands how to operate across multiple programs and stakeholders, and can provide both hands-on execution and strategic input to improve testing approaches and mission readiness.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of system integration and verification activities
- Develop and refine test strategies, plans, and methodologies aligned with program objectives
- Execute and support system-level test events, including integration, functional, and performance testing
- Identify verification gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive resolution
- Analyze system performance against requirements and document test results
- Collaborate with software, systems, infrastructure, and program teams to ensure integrated system readiness
- Support coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to align integration and test activities
- Provide recommendations to improve verification rigor, efficiency, and consistency
- Support preparation for internal and external reviews, assessments, and demonstrations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration and test processes across programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience supporting system integration, test, or verification activities in a defense or complex systems environment
- Experience supporting Missile Warning, space, or similar mission systems
- Experience with system-level verification and validation (V&V)
- Experience developing or executing test plans and test procedures
- Ability to analyze system behavior against requirements and document results
- Strong understanding of integration environments and test workflows
- Experience collaborating across technical teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current active DoD SECRET security clearance or higher
Candidates who have any of the following skills will be preferred:
- Familiarity with FORGE or similar integration and test environments
- Experience contributing to verification strategy development
- Experience working across multiple programs or system components
- Experience supporting customer-facing test events or demonstrations
- Experience in Agile or hybrid development environments
- Active TS/SCI DoD clearance

The pay range for this position is $124,000 to $180,000 per year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
