Job Summary

We're looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team! You'll provide administrative support, manage tasks, and keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Maintain organized files and records (physical and digital)Support team with administrative tasks and projects
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
