We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in company databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any issues
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate with team members via email, chat, or video calls for clarification of data or instructions
Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Follow company procedures and guidelines related to data entry and management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Familiarity with cloud storage tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Knowledge of data privacy and security practices
