We’re seeking a compassionate and people-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for patients using our at-home sleep study, guiding them through every step and ensuring they feel supported, informed and motivated throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, empathetic support to patients via phone, email or chat
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve the company’s services and product offering
- Provide administrative support related to patient outreach, documentation and follow-ups
- Partner across teams to continuously improve the patient experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Based on the West Coast US or Hawaii
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion
- Confidence working with digital tools and systems
- Experience in healthcare, customer support or patient care is preferred but not required
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
