We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service & Data Processing Specialist. This role combines customer support, data entry, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests, applications, and transactions accurately
- Respond to inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner
- Enter, update, and maintain customer data in company systems
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with scheduling, email management, and general administrative tasks
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain organized records and ensure data confidentiality
- Follow up with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable internet connection
