1st Rate Realty LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fully remote environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting leadership with both administrative and real estate–related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and client communications professionally

Assist with real estate transactions, documentation, and file management

Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records

Support marketing efforts, listings, and client follow-ups

Perform general administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality

Familiarity with real estate processes is a plus

Work Environment:

Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
