Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Senior Digital (Growth) Marketing Specialist to drive measurable acquisition and lifecycle growth across content, SEO, paid media, website conversion, and email automation. You’ll orchestrate campaigns end-to-end, collaborate async with Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement, and use data rigor (and AI responsibly) to scale what works.

Key Responsibilities
- Growth Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, content, paid search/social, retargeting, and communities to drive demos and signups.
- Website & CRO: Work directly with our agency and own landing pages and website management (copy, UX, forms etc) to improve conversion rates across the funnel and keep our branding aligned.
- Lifecycle & Automation: Design and manage automated email nurture and account-based programs in HubSpot, using segmentation, lead scoring, behavior-based triggers, and workflow automation to drive pipeline, re-engagement, and expansion.
- Content-Driven Demand: Use existing content assets to power digital campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication, and ABM, optimizing messaging, targeting, and conversion paths to generate qualified pipeline.
- SEO & Organic: Grow qualified organic traffic via technical SEO basics, topical authority, internal linking, schema, and programmatic SEO (where relevant).
- Paid Media & Digital Acquisition: Manage budgets and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google search, and retargeting channels, optimizing keywords, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
- Attribution & Analytics: Own reporting across the full funnel—MQL to SQL to pipeline—building dashboards that track channel performance, conversion rates, and campaign contribution, with weekly insights and optimization plans
- Sales, Enablement & Product Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product to support digital marketing initiatives, align on target accounts and messaging, and improve lead follow-up and pipeline conversion.
- Community & Social: Engage in relevant communities, events, and social channels; amplify product launches and customer stories.
- Build & Manage the Entire Marketing AI Stack: Use AI responsibly for research, ideation, and drafting—ensuring brand voice, accuracy, and originality—and automate effectively with agentic AI to scale & derive results on auto-pilot.
Success in the First 90–180 Days
- Envision & build Decklar’s Marketing AI stack post it’s rebrand in Sep 2025
- Launch and optimize core digital demand programs across LinkedIn, Google search, email nurture, and retargeting.
- Establish clear MQL, SQL, and pipeline reporting across key digital channels.
