The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact
This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
Focus: Assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing supervision
Caseload: Designed to be manageable and clinically appropriate
Work Model: Flexible options including in-person, hybrid, or remote based on preference and case needs
This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Experience in home-based ABA is preferred.

Hourly Rate: $80–$100, based on supervision type
