PPL is looking for an RV Parts/Service Customer Service Representative who is passionate about customer service, enjoys solving problems, and can help customers find the right RV parts and accessories for their needs. In this role, you will support both our retail parts operation and service team, helping ensure customers and internal teams receive timely, accurate, and knowledgeable support.
This is a hybrid position that combines both in-office and remote work. Team members are expected to be fully available and engaged during scheduled working hours and will be required to work on-site at the Houston, Texas location two days per week, based on business needs and manager scheduling.

What You’ll Do
•Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with selecting, researching, and ordering RV parts and accessories
•Help coordinate installation needs and support more complex product categories
•Recommend additional products that improve the customer’s RV lifestyle and overall satisfaction
•Support the Service team by researching, ordering, delivering, and coordinating parts in a timely and accurate manner
•Partner with RV Superstore associates, dealership leadership, and corporate management to maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing retail environment
•Contribute to customer service, merchandising, and revenue goals
•Use sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a busy dealership setting

Physical Requirements
•
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
•
Ability to lift and carry parts and materials up to 25 pounds regularly
•
Ability to move between customer-facing, stockroom, and service areas as needed
Travel Requirements
•
Travel may be required to other locations, 20% of the time.
- 401K plan in which the company participates: PPL will match 100% of every dollar put into the 401K plan, up to 4 percent of contributions. Employee will be eligible for the 401K plan during the first open enrollment period following their first six months of employment.
- Health Insurance Coverage. As of January 2024, PPL offers a Cigna Health insurance plan in which PPL pays ~$350.00 (Depending on plan selected) of the employee only coverage. Employee becomes eligible on the first of the month after their first 60 days employment. Initial enrollment, if employee chooses to participate, will be the 1st of the month after the employees has been employed 60 days.
- Medical Reimbursement – Section 125
- Holiday pay totaling 8 paid holidays per year
- Vacation Pay (2 weeks after one year and 3 weeks after 10 years)
