Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Greet and assist visitors
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
