We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and skilled Leadership Development Facilitator to join our Leadership Development team. This role is key to enhancing organizational performance by delivering and managing impactful training programs. The Training Facilitator will focus on improving leadership skills, bridging knowledge gaps, and supporting leadership development, contributing to the company's overall success and efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering growth and development, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in both in-person and virtual training environments. Responsibilities include delivering and evaluating effective training programs that empower employees and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery
o Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and orientations in person and via virtual platforms.
o Use a variety of instructional methods to engage participants, enhance knowledge retention and foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
o Adapt training approaches to meet the needs of different audiences and learning preferences.
o Knowledge and experience working with FranklinCovey (platform & content)
Evaluation & Improvement:
o Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics ensuring continuous improvement and provide actionable insights.
o Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on evaluations and emerging trends.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and incorporate them into training and support initiatives.
Program Management:
o Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
o Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, performance assessments, and feedback.
o Manage training tools, resources, and technologies efficiently.
o Some travel may be required
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience).
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience as a training facilitator, corporate trainer, educator, or similar role.
• Examples and evidence of adult learning principles, experiential learning, and instructional design.
• Examples and evidence of data analysis techniques and metrics.
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
• Ability to regularly work afternoon and evening hours, up to 7:00 PM MT.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience using virtual training methods and e-learning platforms.
