ModSquad has partnered with a technology company that develops and maintains software platforms designed to streamline the insurance process for agencies and their clients.
As part of this team, you’ll provide inbound phone support to customers during times when insurance agents are unavailable to take calls, helping ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
This role requires strong attention to detail, clear verbal communication, critical thinking and the ability to work in a quiet, professional environment.
Available Production Hours
- Monday - Sunday: 4:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT
Commitment
- Self-schedule 10 hours per week
- 5 of the 10 weekly hours must be scheduled on Friday and/or Saturday
- Minimum of 90 days (as needed)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous data entry experience
- Experience providing high-volume phone support
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported for this opportunity)
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software on both your computer and mobile device
Workspace & Technical Requirements
- Willingness to install AWS tools on your computer
- Access to a smartphone capable of taking photos and installing apps
- Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher
- 8 GB RAM or greater
- Dual monitors highly recommended
