We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate digital records. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to manage administrative and data-related tasks in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases

* Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

* Maintain organized digital files and confidential records

* Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and scheduling

* Assist with email correspondence and internal communications

* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic documentation

* Support team members with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

* Follow company policies, procedures, and data security guidelines

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
