The Work-From-Home Administrative Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and management teams. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
