About the Role
SP Data Digital is seeking motivated and energetic Outbound Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing remote team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, sparking interest, and contributing to business growth through proactive outbound outreach.
In this position, you will identify and qualify potential customers, initiate outbound calls, and create opportunities for our sales teams by setting high-quality appointments and leads.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads based on established criteria
- Communicate product or service value clearly and confidently
- Accurately document call outcomes and lead details in company systems
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals
- Follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, professional conversation style
- Represent SP Data Digital with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence handling objections and engaging customers over the phone
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Previous experience in a call center, sales, or lead generation role is an asset but not required
Technical Requirements
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. Applicants must meet the following technical requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible)
- Hardware: Minimum of 8 GB RAM and Intel i3 processor
- Internet Speed: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
- Connectivity: Ethernet cable connection to the modem required
- Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for training and daily communication
