Marketing CoordinatorRole Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in shaping how The Boxoffice Company presents itself to the global cinema industry. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, social, events, and brand touchpoints—while also contributing creative ideas that strengthen Boxoffice’s presence and reputation in the market.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, industry events, and client communications.
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and creative, highly organized, and has a genuine passion for cinema and the moviegoing experience. An interest in film, entertainment, and the evolving theatrical landscape is essential, as this role supports marketing efforts across cinema conferences, exhibitor partnerships, and industry-facing initiatives worldwide.
This position is based in Los Angeles with a preference for a hybrid work schedule; candidates must be U.S.-based, though we are open to considering fully remote candidates for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Assets
- Maintain and update company marketing materials, including pitch decks, digital ads, print collateral, and branded assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints (web, social, sales materials, events)
- Support ongoing website updates and marketing upkeep
Social Media & Content
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Develop creative social content ideas to strengthen brand presence and industry visibility
- Create and publish social posts aligned with campaigns, product updates, and company initiatives
Campaigns & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Product teams
- Support go-to-market efforts for new features, products, and initiatives
- Align messaging across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams
Events & Conferences
- Lead marketing planning and execution for conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Manage registrations, logistics, and marketing collateral for on-site sales and client visits
- Coordinate production of event materials such as brochures, signage, tablecloths, and booth assets
Video & Creative Production
- Produce marketing videos including product demos, corporate videos, and promotional content
- Manage video projects from planning through post-production
- Edit and deliver video content optimized for web, social, and sales use
Client Communications & CRM
- Partner with Customer Success teams to manage client communications and product alerts
- Build and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot
- Maintain organized workflows for marketing communications and CRM-related initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with or strong willingness to learn:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Figma
- HubSpot
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
- Creative mindset with the ability to balance execution and strategy
- Clear communicator with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with event marketing or conference planning
- Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance tracking
