We are looking for someone to be responsible for all Accounts receivable and data entry functions

Duties and Responsibilities

Process daily cash receipts entry and reporting.
Accounts receivable invoice matching.
Processes credit card payments over the telephone.
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Maintains records by scanning invoices, debits, and credits
Performs other accounting related duties as assigned.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Advanced computer skills as well as proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software

Education/Training

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
