Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries related to orders, quotes, and account support
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, technical support, and quality assurance teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, primarily involving quotes and order processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of progressive work experience in administrative tasks, data entry, and customer interaction required
- 3-5 years of high-volume customer support, sales, and/or account management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn ERP and CRM platforms
