From its launch in the UK in 2011, we now have more than ten million visitors a month and are busy conquering the world from our offices in London, Minneapolis and numerous remote locations, helping millions of people find better, more fulfilling jobs.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with large U.S. enterprises. This role is focused on selling strategic recruitment advertising and sourcing solutions into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations with national or global hiring needs.
This is a high-impact opportunity within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, offering significant ownership of enterprise relationships and the ability to deliver measurable value to employers at scale.
The Role
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining large enterprise customers across North America. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and long-term growth—working with senior leaders in Talent Acquisition and HR.
Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate long, complex buying cycles while consistently exceeding revenue targets
Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and close new large enterprise accounts for Adzuna’s recruitment advertising and talent sourcing solutions
- Lead strategic discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to understand hiring volume, workforce complexity, and business priorities
- Develop and present tailored solutions aligned to enterprise hiring objectives and budget structures
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial engagement through contract execution
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Partner closely with internal marketing, operations, and account teams to ensure successful onboarding, campaign performance, and account expansion
- Represent Adzuna at industry conferences, trade shows, and enterprise networking events
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in the CRM
- 5+ years of demonstrated success selling into large U.S. enterprise organizations, preferably in recruitment advertising, digital media, talent acquisition services, or workforce solutions
- Proven ability to close and grow high-value enterprise accounts
- Experience selling into complex buying environments with multiple decision makers
- Strong understanding of enterprise hiring challenges and recruitment marketing ecosystems
- Proven ability to originate and close large, complex deals through executive networking, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting, including experience leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry presence to drive enterprise opportunities.
- Experience successfully selling for a challenger or emerging brand, with a demonstrated ability to compete against established incumbents by leading with insight, value, and differentiation rather than brand recognition alone.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- High level of technical aptitude and comfort learning new platforms and workflows
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

- Wellbeing: Amongst other things, we offer healthcare coverage, and enhanced maternity/paternity leave; 25 days PTO per year plus 8 paid holidays; and a full program of wellbeing activities and events.
- Hybrid working: We are a fully hybrid company - half our workforce are remote. We also have a travel program to help facilitate teamwork across our global teams.
- Flexible working: For those working out of one of our offices (non-remote), we have a flexible working policy which means any full time employee can work from home 2 days per week.
- Diversity & inclusion: We are committed to hiring a diverse workforce and creating an environment where everyone feels included and welcome. Our DE&I committee helps deliver a program of activities and actions to support this important area of focus.
- Training: Learning and development is an important pillar of our culture and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and grow whether through our Adzuna Academy training program, attending conferences, team training budgets, individual development plans and coaching from experienced and supportive peers and managers.
