We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual to join Boulay Wealth as a Client Relationship Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to join a synergistic team that values its employees and client relationships. The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is a critical part of the Boulay Wealth team, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care. This individual will be responsible for working closely with Wealth Advisors and Client Service Associates (CSAs) to build and maintain client relationships through on-going proactive client communications. Serving as the liaison for communication and required service activities between the client and our Wealth Team, as well as acting as a Chief-of-Staff for lead advisors. This is a hybrid role based out of our Eden Prairie Headquarters, with some flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients
- Conduct courtesy calls to anticipate client needs.
- Collaborate with team members on account questions, service requests, and client inquiries.
- Prepare for client meetings by conducting an administrative review of accounts, ensuring all client data is updated and relevant, and preparing necessary materials, agendas, and reports.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings.
- Ensure timely progress of new client onboarding.
- Maintain data integrity for client accounts in Tamarac.
- Use CRM system for daily tasks, tracking, and documenting client information and updates.
- Complete other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned
- 1-2 years of experience working in a client or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail & highly organized
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate
- Effective use of technology/software
- Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
- Desire to provide concierge quality customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communicator with strong multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services or a professional services environment involving compliance and adherence to regulations
- Experience working with a CRM system
The salary range is $56,000-$82,000. Final compensation may vary depending upon an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Individuals may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives, commissions, profit sharing, and more, depending on the role.
