Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in desk management and client relationship development
- Manage customer service aspects for clients and assist in the renewal process
- Utilize the India team for support while adhering to service standards and maintaining agency management systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Possess a current and active P&C license
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of various states' insurance guidelines
