About:
- Build strong, trusted relationships across customers’ organizations and guide them through their Webflow journey.
- Understand customers’ goals, workflows, and tech stack to enhance their use of Webflow's platform.
- Lead account strategy and coordinate cross-functional teams for adoption and impactful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and new use cases, aligning with customer growth.
- Conduct executive conversations to discuss progress, risks, and prove Webflow's essential value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Architects, and Service Providers to ensure successful launches and renewals.
- Provide customer insights to improve product direction and enhance the Enterprise experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience advising Enterprise customers in a SaaS or digital experience environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to analyze customer business using financial and industry data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Strong organization and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
Salary and Perks:
Pay range: $137K - $237K
