Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of driver trip records and manage suspended trips in the imaging system
- Back up the permit desk and assist with the permit renewal process
- Communicate with state agencies and collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent
- One year of data entry experience with proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Access, and Word
- Flexibility to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
