Position Information
SEARCH has an opening for a Full-Time Proposal Coordinator to join our team. Under general supervision of the Senior Proposal Manager, the Proposal Coordinator is responsible for administrative aspects of development, coordination, and execution of the Federal proposal process from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest professional image for our clients, coworkers, the media, and the public.
- Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and similar solicitation documents.
- Develop and maintain proposal timelines and task assignments.
- Assist in the development of win strategies and themes in coordination with the Senior Proposal Manager and Proposal Lead.
- Review proposal response documents against the RFP and evaluation factors (i.e., develop proposal compliance matrices).
- Coordinate detail-oriented data checks, editorial, and technical reviews.
- Ensure adherence to standards and templates to present a consistent appearance/style across all proposal responses.
- Assist with and participate in proposal kick-off meetings and data calls.
- Lead Federal data call responses (e.g., develop tailored resumes and provide standard qualification statements).
- Ability to concurrently support multiple proposals (i.e., multi-tasking).
- Perform self-check of work products and coordinate independent quality-control review and compliance checks during the lifecycle of the proposal in strict accordance with internal quality and proposal development procedures.
- Ability to work non-standard hours as needed to meet proposal deadlines.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAM.gov and similar federal websites.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other cloud-based CRM software preferred.
- Ability to multi-task on several different projects, independently and as a team, while remaining flexible and servicing both internal and external clients.
- Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail for all task assignments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused within a remote office environment.
