Treble Health is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to own weekly execution across email, SMS, and social copy using marketing systems.

We have helped thousands of patients nationwide and grown a community of over 180,000 subscribers on YouTube and an email list of over 100,000 by focusing on education, trust, and results.
This is a role for someone who loves shipping work. You will turn a Weekly Marketing Output plan into high-performing copy that drives email revenue and booked consultations.
What You’ll Do
Email Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Write broadcast emails, sales campaigns, event invites, and promotions
- Use existing frameworks, swipe files, and past winning campaigns
- Write copy only and hand off for sending
- QA and final-edit copy inside ActiveCampaign
- Apply segmentation, conditional logic, tags, and automations
- Optimize for revenue and bookings
SMS Marketing
- Write SMS copy paired with email campaigns
- Support 1 to 2 SMS sends per segment per week
- Keep messages concise and conversion-focused
Social and Community Posts
- Write platform-specific copy for: YouTube Community posts, Facebook posts, and Instagram captions
- Write strong hooks and captions
- Suggest visuals or post direction
Founder LinkedIn Content
- Assist in writing for Ben Thompson’s 5k LinkedIn followers, publishing thought leadership and personal brand focused
Tools and Workflow
- ActiveCampaign
- SimpleTexting
- Weekly Marketing Output document owned by you
- AI plugins are fully built and documented
- Speed and consistency matter more than originality
Collaboration
- Reports to Ben and Garrett Thompson, co-founders
- Works daily with a social media assistant and sales leader
- Works occasionally with audiologists
Quality and Ownership
- You approve final copy before it goes live
- Typical revision cycle is one round
- Focus is execution and follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- Strong email copywriting and editing experience for brands
- Comfortable with lifecycle concepts and automation logic
- Healthcare experience is a plus, not required
- Tinnitus and healthcare language will be trained
Time and Availability
- 20-25 hours per week
- 4 to 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Must overlap with EST and PST business hours
- Fully remote
