Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen Community Organizers applicants
- Manage and lead a team of up to 10 Organizers, fostering a supportive team culture
- Ensure timely data entry and effective communication of program requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Management experience
- Ability to lead large-scale trainings and coordinate teams
- Experience in monitoring accountability and organizing approaches
- Existing relationships in key states are a plus
- Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, is preferred
